Logistics and transport software
We build software for transport and logistics companies: order and trip management, vehicle tracking, electronic documents, cost control and portals where customers follow their shipments themselves.

Moving goods, chasing information
In transport, information is scattered across dispatchers' phones, drivers' messengers, paper documents and the accounting system. Customers call to ask where their goods are, and the answer requires several more calls.
Logistics software brings orders, vehicles, drivers, documents and payments together, so everyone works from the same live picture.
What we build
Order and trip management
From customer order to planned trip, assigned vehicle and driver, with status at every step.
Tracking and geofencing
Live vehicle positions from GPS or telematics, automatic events when a truck enters or leaves a site.
Electronic documents
Digital transport documents, including e-CMR where accepted, proof of delivery with photos and signatures.
Driver apps
Trips, documents, photos, expenses and messages on the driver's phone.
Customer portals
Customers follow shipments, download documents and receive automatic updates.
Costs and settlements
Fuel, tolls, driver expenses and trip profitability, linked to invoicing.

Typical scenario
An illustrative example of the kind of project we build, not a description of a specific client.
Situation
A transport company coordinates its fleet by phone. Customers call several times per shipment, and drivers' documents arrive at the office days after delivery.
What we build
A system with trip planning, live tracking from the existing GPS devices, a driver app for documents and photos, and a customer portal with automatic status updates.
Result
Fewer calls, documents available on the day of delivery, and faster invoicing.
How the project runs
Operations walk-through
We follow a real day of dispatching to understand how work actually flows.
Data sources
Check GPS providers, telematics APIs and existing systems.
Core first
Orders, trips and tracking first, then documents and customer portal.
Pilot with part of the fleet
Test with selected vehicles and drivers before full rollout.
Full rollout
Training for dispatchers and drivers, and support during the switch.

Questions about this service
Do we need new GPS devices?
Usually not. We connect to the GPS or telematics provider you already use, if it offers an API.
Is e-CMR legally accepted?
e-CMR is accepted in the countries that ratified the e-CMR protocol. We check the routes you operate and keep paper fallback where needed.
Can customers see only their own shipments?
Yes. Each customer has a separate account and sees only their orders and documents.
Does the driver app work abroad without roaming data?
Yes. It works offline and synchronises when a connection is available.
