Confidentiality
If you want, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details, documents or data.
Requirements workshop
One to three working sessions with the people who will use the system. We map the process, the exceptions and the data, and write down what the system must do.
Written proposal
Scope, stages, timeline, team and estimate in a clear document. We explain what is included, what is not, and what could change the estimate.
Development in two-week cycles
We build in short cycles and show you working software at the end of each one. You give feedback early, and priorities can change along the way.
Testing and acceptance
Automated tests during development, then acceptance testing with your team on real scenarios before launch.
Launch and training
A planned launch, data migration if needed, training for users and administrators, and close support in the first weeks.
Support and evolution
Optional support plan for updates, monitoring and improvements as your business changes.

Practical details

Who owns the code
You do. After final payment, the source code and the rights to it belong to you, along with all accounts and documentation.
Where the system runs
On your infrastructure or on hosting we set up for you, in the EU or another region you choose. You keep full admin access.
Communication
In Romanian, Russian, English or Italian, by email, video calls and a shared task board. One person coordinates your project from start to finish.
Documentation
Technical documentation for developers and user guides for your team, delivered with the system.
Response time
We answer every message within one business day. Support plans define response times for incidents.
Team
The founder coordinates every project. For each one we bring in the right specialists from our network of affiliated teams: backend, mobile, design, testing.

The code is yours
After final payment, the source code and the rights to it belong to you.
