1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form: full name, company, email, phone (optional), country, service needed and your message.
Automatically, when you visit the site: minimal technical data needed for the site to work and stay secure: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access.
We do not collect sensitive data. Please do not send it through the form.

3. Why we use the data

• To reply to your request and prepare a proposal.
• To communicate with you about a possible project.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam.

We do not use the data for advertising and we never sell it.

4. Legal basis

• Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
• Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep form data as long as needed to reply to your request and for a possible collaboration, but no longer than 2 years from the last contact if no contract starts. If you become a client, data is kept according to legal obligations, including accounting rules. Technical data is kept for a short time, for security only.

6. Who has access to the data

Only the NOWANI TECH team. We use service providers that help us run the site and email (hosting and email). They process data only on our behalf and under our instructions.
We may disclose data only when the law requires it.

7. Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova

Some providers may store data in other countries, for example in the European Union. In such cases, transfers are made only with the safeguards required by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to restrict processing;
• object to processing;
• receive your data in a format that is easy to transfer;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before.

For any of these, write to support@nowani.tech. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you have a complaint, you can contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md) or, if you live in the EU, the data protection authority in your country.

9. Security

We protect data with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limited access and trusted providers.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles based on your data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
