Cost and timing
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope: the number of user roles, screens, integrations, data migration and quality requirements. After a discovery call and a requirements workshop, we give you a written estimate with stages, so you can decide what to build first.
How long does a project take?
A focused first version often takes a few months. We prefer to launch a useful core early and extend it in stages, rather than build everything at once.
Fixed price or time and materials?
Both are possible. When the scope is clear and stable, a fixed price per stage works well. When the scope will evolve, time and materials with regular reporting gives more flexibility. We recommend the model that fits your project.
Can we start small?
Yes. Starting with a minimum viable product (MVP) or one critical process is often the best way to reduce risk and see results early.
Working together
What do you need from us?
A person who knows the process and can make decisions, access to the people who will use the system, and timely feedback on demos.
Do you work with companies outside Moldova?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in Romania, the EU and other countries, and communicate in Romanian, Russian, English and Italian.
How often will we see progress?
As a rule every two weeks, in a demo of working software. You also have access to a shared task board.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We start with a technical review and documentation, then take it over step by step.
Is support mandatory after launch?
No. Support is a separate, optional agreement. We recommend it because every system needs regular updates.
Code, data and security
Who owns the source code?
You do. After final payment, the source code and the rights to it belong to you.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you share any details.
Where will our data be stored?
Where you decide: on your servers or with a hosting provider in the EU or another region you choose.
How do you handle personal data?
We design systems with access control, encryption, logging and data minimisation, in line with the GDPR and Moldova's Law no. 195/2024. Legal advice remains with your lawyer or data protection officer.
AI
Is it safe to use AI with company data?
Yes, with the right setup: business AI services that do not train on your data, the right hosting region, and only the data the task needs. For sensitive cases, models can run on private infrastructure.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We design for it: confidence thresholds, human approval for sensitive actions, and a log of every decision.
Where should we start with AI?
With one frequent, rule-based task and a short pilot on your real data. You see measured results before deciding to roll it out.
